I was disgusted with the behavior, manner and customer service a blond older lady who i later found out was the manager of this post shop. As i walked in this employee was rudely yelling at a gentleman in a hi viz top who had Aus Post written all over his shirt. If this women can do that to someone who works her the same company as her i'd hate to see how she treats the general public. She needs to go and learn some real customer service skills because this isn't how you should treat anyone.

Delivery driver dosent even attempt to deliver items, he didn't even come to my house, delivered to two houses across the road from me and drove off, my car was in the driveway and my whole house open.

I hate this post office! So inconvenient to get to!!!!! I always request an athoruity to leave and this is never forfilled! My Items are small enough to fit in the mail box and are not!!!!! There is 1 park outside the post office or you have to go through the shopping Centre car park! Poorly designs and situated! Today I have been waiting for my deleivey with my car in the driveway all day and my door open, and I receive a txt message to pick up, and find the "you have a parcel" note in my mail box (which is normally pinned to my door) no knock or attemp to deliver and I was home!!!!! This is shocking service and I am hating aus post as this happens regularly!!!!!!! Ahhhhhh
