I actually cant stand this place, it takes the best part of a day to get in and out. I am giving 5 stars for Marcos the delivery driver who will go out of his way to wait for me to leave the farm house and get out to the front gate for a signature. Without his help, it would make my life endlessly difficult! Thank you mate
Unfortunately Aust Post has become notorious for bad customer service but my recent experience at Caboolture made me happy. Picture this: it's Saturday morning and staff are run off their feet with a queue out the door. A baby is bawling for its passport photo, and staff are juggling all sorts of tasks. I spoke to three staff members and all were still helpful and gave me the time of the day. As a previous front line worker myself I know that this is a very hard situation and I want them all to know that I thought they were all doing an awesome job under extreme pressure. I must add that the other local shop was closed because staff weren't available!
