Seems there's always a big queue when I go, but the line moves quickly and there's a number of products to grab your interest while you wait. However, if you have an invisible illness there's nowhere to sit or rest and it has been a bit of a problem for me. Sometimes there's an assistant to help sort the queue and answer questions and I wonder if the resource should be better spent behind a counter serving.

Purchased "Konka U3" , 6 weeks ago. I was advised that as it was over 4 weeks old, the warranty issue of the phone failing to work was not Australia Post's problem and I should take warranty issues up with the phone manufacturer. I explained that under Australian consumer law the retail outlet was responsible to liaise with the manufacturer ..not the customer. The counter lady after conferring with someone in a back room was abrupt and totally uncaring and dismissive of my plight and told me in a rude tone to take the warranty issue up with the Government ombudsman. I left totally upset at such shoddy service and flaunting of Australian consumer law. update,:phone was not actually faulty but a wrong setting issue ,Notwithstanding I stand by the bad service in this case at Oz post Morayfield

There's a line up and thay stand around gasbagging .and then didn't even help me couldn't be bothered to see if my package was there because the date on my card was for tomorrow I've been waiting for a month for it and they couldn't even give me a minute rude

There always seems to be an enormous lineup and long wait. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I can't talk English well but they always help for my difficulties. They have kindnesses and understand for us. The best post office and servers.
