I have found the company to be service oriented and value for money. I contracted a number of companies prior to Christmas and they are the only who responded. Consequently, they got the sale. BTW. I am still waiting to hear from the other companies months later.???????? I am impressed that they use only quality products such as "tier 1" Known Brand panels that have stood the test of time {easily researched} and been around longer than the guarantee period & NOT some unknown brand giving 10-15 yr guarantees, but the company hasn't been in existence for that guarantee period they offer (How do you know that long???) Phil

Exceptional service and workmanship from everyone we dealt with. Roofer Corry has done a brilliant job on our roof restoration and obviously takes pride in his work. Communication and customer service from Wendy was excellent through out the project. We would not hesitate to use MasterCraft Roofing in future. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Wendy, who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Our roof restoration was done by Cory, who was a really hard worker, even in the sweltering heat, and kept us informed along the way. He was also spot on with his colour suggestion, which we love. Overall we are very happy with the service and our roof is now safe and looks great.

Once the salesman Mark had been Wendy contacted us for the timing of our roof restoration which started a week after signing up. Our Tradesman was Corey who did a very thorough job of repairing our roof before completing a full restoration. He even went above and beyond including informing us that insurance company may lower premiums post restoration

From start to finish MasterCraft Roofing & Solar were fantastic. We had just purchased our first home and met with one of their very informative sale people, follow up office staff and even the finance sector. The trades people were also great on the day. Highly recommend this great team. Melissa Avery
