Being in “both sides of the fence” we comprehend that while we have to be profitable, there is no need to “skin” the client. By carrying out our business with the highest of integrity and maintaining a good code of conduct we secure repeat work and lower advertising costs, not to mention feeling good about one’s self. All our staff are hand-picked not only for their ability to carry out work but also for their character, mannerism and conduct with the client. We take client conduct very seriously and rate it highly amongst the list of requirements one needs when dealing with public. One can be taught a trade, but not character, so we choose carefully as our staff reflect on our business.

With hands on involvement we ensure workmanship quality and adherence to work schedule. We do not use sub-contractors unlike other competitors who deduct 30-35% off the gross quoted amount and sub-contract works out to outside painters (often un-licensed) who in the name of sustainability must cut corners and sacrifice workmanship & material quality. This is purely forced upon them by the low price offered by the contracting painter. So next time you request a quote ask the question: will you be doing the work? Will you be involved in QC?
