Replus Home Group installed November 2016 and have not reached anywhere near capacity. Owner told me panels installed on wrong side. Said he would change to other side but keep delaying giving excuses. Went to Fair Trading then they lie. Now having to take them to court because system is not working and trying to say there is no fault. Unbelievably disappointed in a system and people who have set out to rip and struggling family off. Never again

Had our panels installed in January 2017. Sales pitch was a four hour meeting with two guys. Promised they were going to take pictures and send them to us which we never recieved. Still unable to access readings from our phones as they were coming back to set it up. No show. Before sales was great they bent over backwards but once we paid the balance there has been no after sales service at all. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

The worst sales attitude I have come across. Apparantly they can't put solar on my property via a solar image and where Kristian said there was to much shade from a tree. A tree I am removing before install. It's funny I've had other quotes with site visit from very reputable companies, though without even coming to inspect for a potential $20k sale, they don't think they can do the job. Re-plus solar rang persistently to arrange an appointment with a lot of irrelevant questioning such as who do I work for how many kids do I have, what's their names etc, yet to do a quote they require both husband and wife present to do he quote for 90mins. (Company policy). When they finally got an appointment with me they turned it down and would not offer me their services. STEER CLEAR PEOPLE. There is others who have been in the industry for far longer then 7 years and obviously with more experience. I'm very disappointed I never had the chance to have the home inspection in he first place.
