Fantastic job from start to finish. Installation team were very professional, friendly and tidy. Office staff always available to answer questions and concerns. Communication throughout the overall process was second to none. We are really happy with the end product in our renovated kitchen. Definitely would use again for future projects.

Please read all comments below before trusting these dodgy non qualified workers!! See attached for photos and proof. Went in last week terrible service, poor manners. Don't waste your time or money. Short little skinny man came in with bad attitude bad mouthing other companies saying 'we are the top suppliers', 'we supply x' , 'we are the best'. Bad feelings the whole time in there, had my girlfriend with me. Once we left she told me he was staring at her the whole time perving. They need some education on customer service and basic manners. Talking over us the whole time, cutting us off with self loathing. Plenty other places with better service around. ________________________________________________________________________ Hi Master Tops, I cant seem to add to the thread below so I will edit and type here. Firstly, of course you wouldn't have a record of me as I didn't sign in upon entry, nor did I purchase anything from your service or leave my name or a signed photograph. Its very sad that your first comment is so defensive when in reality there's no way to track visits in the showroom. I walked in after parking in the second car park bay right in front of the front windows of your store. There was a table to the left upon entry with papers on it and samples of materials. I didn't take photos obviously but that to me proves I was there. Secondly, I understand your a small business and need support but your customer service was terrible, almost as bad as your response below. I no longer need your services as I purchased our products from one of your competitors that you actually bad mouthed. We told them the story and they gave us a great discount and thanked us for going there anyway despite what you said. I think the little guy with the big mouth who came out needs to improve his customer service, manners and stop bad mouthing other business and you guys will be fine. I'm sure not every experience is like mine but it was a shocker and might be a good opportunity for your team to revisit some areas of service and improve their education levels. Also as a hint, when replying to negative feedback maybe don't start with a defensive comment aimed to shut down the argument, followed by the apology at the end. Start with an apology then suggest you have no record of me. Its a nice and professional way to deal with ex-potential customers. If you click on my name and say respond you will respond directly to my email where I will be more than happy to talk to you. This is a public portal and I'm cautious of putting my personal details up here. I look forward to hearing from you :) In case you change your response I have cut and pasted it below. We are sorry to hear your opinion on our company - we pride ourselves on our customer service so take issues such as those you have raised seriously. Would you please contact us privately so that we may look into this further and resolve the matter? This proves this company is all lies and unprofessional!

We recently renovated our kitchen and selected Mastertops to install the bench tops and splashbacks. The end result has exceeded our expectations – the kitchen is now the focal point of our home. From the outset the staff at Mastertops were very professional and freely offered their advice and helpful suggestions. Mastertops’ communication was excellent throughout and the tradesmen were punctual, polite and efficient. It was necessary to do some of the stone cutting in situ and we were very impressed with the care taken to minimise the dust. The workmanship is to an exceptionally high standard. The cost of our work was very competitive relative to others we have spoken with and certainly represents very fair value for money. Mastertops is a company against which all small businesses should be judged. We certainly recommend them.
