We had multiple problems with this company but the major one is one of our blinds that had been installed for 1 week fell off the frame. They first tried to blame our electrician, now they are blaming us as they said we put it down too far. They then told us we needed to pay them for a new one. The girl I spoke to on the phone hung up on me when I rang her. We are pursuing legal action. Beware of this company. Jade

Never again with small company *BEWARE* Huge mistake of paying the remaining amount thinking they would do a good job. Unfortunately Stewart made a blunder and cause a crack and hole in my new fresh wall and it took another day and time to fix it. Totally wasting my time and my sleep. First they hire someone who was dishonest about drilling wrongly and only apologise second time around. Then secondly argue with the customer over the phone. To all paying new customers, never deal with the manager Julie knight . She was utterly rude and not friendly blaming all the fault to the customer . The manager made rude remarks statement like : -For god sake is only one blind .... -Stop sending us emails , we told we will rectify it but not paint it -Then she said we will not provide the paint unless you do. I said I don't have access to the storeroom since keys are not given. -Then she did a rude smirk implying why don't you have the key -And no the contractor is not going to wait there the whole day for the plaster to dry off and paint - why didn't you check it before contractor left ? ( FYI I'm not tall enough to until I get a ladder . The above statements made were completely rude and rating of one star . Would you want to buy their service after hearing this honest review ? Also all the dirty jobs and fix up was push to the assistant Alanna. there was never a apology from the manager and yet she hung up on me. Completely rude! How do you do business ??? Disgraceful! I think Alanna handle it well and it wasn't her fault , it was due to the cheap contractor the manager hire with cheap/ worn out tools. Alanna should be the manager not the other one. If any other blind company wants to hire Allanna , she's the one for customer service. I was so frustrated and not happy in which they didn't tell me it would not be fully align before installation took place. I literally had to go buy the filler and paint it over again because the finish wasn't done well. Now I'm face with a stiff not align blind especially when pulling it up ... Search for other reputable businesses. BE WARN!
