Utilising the skills of a professional team, our Designers consult with our qualified Building Department to create the best possible way for renovations to be carried out on your home.

Recreating your planned renovations using the computer program Chief Architect you are able to walk-thru your home virtually, making changes as you see them appear on the computer screen. Reaching the final planning stage requires a process that the team at Build West take seriously.

From approaching Build West with your first plans to final fit-outs the dedicated team will be behind you throughout every stage of the process.
THIS IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO:

Approach Build West with your renovation enquiry
A consultant will come out to visit you, or make plans for an in-house meeting
Build West can estimate or quote from plans you have had prepared by an architect or designer and then assist you through the building process.
Utilising a copy of your current plans, Build West designers map out any required changes you may have.
Another meeting is arranged to go over new design plans at Build West.
A virtual walk-thru of your home is displayed and final plan changes are confirmed.
Proposed plans for your addition are given to the Estimating Department where an accurate figure is calculated.
A Fixed Price Contract is created by Build West.
Plans are completely and thoroughly checked over, agreed and signed on.
Plans are finalised and then sent to the appropriate Shire for approval before building work begins.
