Right from the outset we were extremely comfortable with the Dynamic Pools team. The integrity, professionalism and attention to detail was really appreciated and we have ended up with a fantastic pool that everyone says is really really cool. Their ability to take our ideas and turn them into reality despite some aspects being quite complicated is a real credit to their skill and craftsmanship. Nothing was too difficult. Great job from a Great team.

When designing our home we wanted to integrate the pool area with the house by building the pool under part of our alfresco area. As it is a two storey home this meant that the shell of the concrete pool would form part of the footings of the house, with the second storey supported by pillars built on the edge of the pool wall. It was therefore important to us to find a pool contractor that we (and our builder) could trust. I asked a few builders that I know for recommendations, and the name John Meli from Dynamic Pools kept coming up. As soon as I met with John I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. We got a few other quotes, but the others did not seem to have the experience or expertise for a custom design like ours. John and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the design and construction process. John was never more than a phone call away, and was happy to meet with us on weekends or after hours to fit around our busy family life. He was also patient with us in getting our design and finishes just as we wanted them. We wanted a custom colour for our pool and John mixed numerous samples for us until we got it just right. John also made choosing pool equipment much easier as he was quickly able to recommend the best products to meet our needs. The pool was finished on time and on budget and John and the Dynamic Pools team were so good that we ended up expanding their scope of work to include stone paving, mosaic feature tiles, an underground pool blanket roller, a robotic pool cleaner and other services. Two years later, and we have already enjoyed two summers in our pool, which still looks brand new. The pool area is the focal point of our home and guests often comment on how fantastic it looks. It is heated and has plenty of shade, so we use it all year round. After sales service has also been excellent. We haven't had any problems and John has always been available to answer my questions and to pop by to show me how to adjust things where necessary. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dynamic Pools - and I have already recommended them to a number of friends and family members.

We needed an extensive renovation on our concrete pool, John and his team were excellent and very professional during the renovations. I thoroughly recommend Dynamic Pools, the service during and after has been outstanding.

I first met John Meli in 2010 when we were looking at building a unique custom designed concrete pool (infinity edge, swim up bar, beach entry and feature wall), and could tell straight away that he was a hands on owner and not just some salesperson that tells you what you want to hear. Dynamic Pools started off with every conceivable extra for our pool and allowed us to select what options we wanted and those that we didn’t so we always knew the final price, and this did not change (the only variation was site works because of where we lived as this was an unknown). Dynamic Pools went about the build in a precise and calculated fashion, with John involved with the various subcontractors throughout the build which took about 6 months from start to swimming. Now 7 years later our “pool area” is almost complete and while we have had some small typical DIY maintenance issues with the pool, the build that John and Dynamic Pools achieved was we believe second to none and would not hesitate in recommending Dynamic Pools to anyone thinking of building a concrete pool.
