Authur is a genuinely lovely person. In my experience with him he was honest about the job and kept me updated on the process. If he can help you he always does with a smile. He resoled my Jordan's after others made a mess of them. He has done an amazing job and put on a harder wearing sole which will last way longer which is what I wanted. Thank you and will 100% be coming back here if I need any work done in the future.
I've been taking my shoes here for years now. He's super friendly and takes great care of my shoes and boots. Latest was a refresh of a pair of of 15yo boots with a worn down heel that he brought back to life in pics. I've had nearly all of the soles of my heels done here, so they're nice and grippy and don't wear out, and he'll replace a heel cap in a flash.
Amazing service by Arthur. Such lovely people here in this shop. My Valentino sandals needed to have extra holes punched in the straps and Arthur did it for less than 10 minutes. Fun fact: went to Evans to ask the same thing they quoted $25 per hole and would take 1 week! Would definitely come back to Master Cobbler to have some of my shoes repaired.
I have had to have my watch band repaired a number of times, and it was completed so quickly and so well. He was so friendly and professional, and helpful. If you need your shoes or clothes repaired or cleaned, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had my shoes re-soled and heels fixed and the shoes were like new again.
I have a pair of boots that I love so much, they needed some TLC and I could not get rid of them. Arthur took them and bought them back to life, I am so impressed and so happy they seriously look brand new. What an amazing job Arthur did. I would highly recommend going to Master Cobbler, Arthur is so friendly and very helpful. 10/10 in my opinion. Thank you!!
Such a friendly helpful place. My boots were needing some much TLC so I took them in and said no hurry, I can pick them up in a week… got a text message notifying they were ready to pick up that day. Amazingly fast and did such a great job. Highly recommend and will definitely be my shoe repair place from now on.
Arthur is simply the best. I had topy done to 2 pairs of shoes and they're absolutely amazing. I had another pair of shoes brought back to life with the best polish job I have ever seen. Evans quoted me $200 for a polish... Arthur did it for $20. I will never go anywhere else
Had soles replacement, very happy with the result. Quick turnaround time, neat job, my boots came back better than before: with new soles and polished! Thanks Master Cobbler!
I recently took my wife’s favourite shoes in for new soles. They look as new. All toe scuffs gone as well which was amazing. Great service and pricing. Thanks
