Story

Marybrooke Manor is nestled on the edge of the majestic Sherbrooke Forest in the Dandenong Ranges. The magni cent National Trust listed reception centre and guesthouse is the perfect one-stop destination for your boutique wedding ceremony & reception for up to 100 guests.
Built in 1940, Marybrooke began as the grandest guesthouse in a chain of six guesthouses all using the pre- x “Mary” designed and built by Eric Dowdle between 1927 and 1940. It is registered as a socially, historically and architecturally signi cant property.
Over recent years Marybrooke has undergone extensive renovations to restore and reinstate the building to reflect it’s original charm and elegance.

Marybrooke Manor is a dream wedding location. My husband and I were over the moon with the venue and services. The staff were amazing. We were able to work with them to ensure we made it the perfect day for us and our guests. And it was. If you are thinking of getting married there we highly recommend you do so!

We would like to thank the whole team for looking after us and all the guests on our wedding day this past weekend. It was an amazing night and everyone had a great time. Everything went very well and as smoothly as we expected. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Big shout out to Nadine and the DJ! Definitely it was a night we will remember forever!

We had our wedding at Marybrooke Manor in November 2017. The Venue is beautiful and was the perfect back drop for our small family wedding. Everyone loved it, in fact people are still raving about how nice it was. The food was delicious, the DJ was great and all the staff were wonderful, with a special thanks to our co-ordinator Lauren. All the communication prior to the event was great, they respond very quickly and are always happy to help. We stayed the night before our wedding and got ready there on the day and most of our guest stayed the night and everyone was very happy with the room amenities and were very comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with our day and highly recommend this venue.

Food is very ordinary. They could do a lot more with better management. Waitress service pleasant. High tea overpriced.
