Sorry to say, but this pool has to be one of the worst pools I've been to in a very long time! Went today with my family and the lack of the safety and duty of care by the staff was extremely disappointing! There is a small lawn area, near the pool for patrons to sit or lay with a few picnic tables scattered around. To my total disbelief management had set up a cricket pitch right in the middle of the public, family lawn area. A cricket match was in full swing, being played by older boys. The tennis ball being used was being smashed very hard and was being hit into other people and barely missing little kids. I mentioned it to the staff, that someone might get hurt. This concern fell on deaf ears. Also the staff seemed happy to let a pack of older large boys run in and out of the toddler pool. I will not be taking my family to Olinda pool again and would suggest to the manager to reevaluate the safety standard and staff responsibility to make the area safe for all the patrons...It's a law suit waiting to happen!
