I actually love the products, but the owner has to be one of the rudest people I've ever experienced in retail. I am from out of state so I always used to stock up when I was around... no longer... I waited to be served for at least 15 minutes in store, while the owner chatted away to previous customers, who yes, had bought up big, but were clearly done, and paid for - well, when I politely asked if I could just pay while he chatted, I was told in the baldest of terms to be patient and wait... another 5 mins of him talking about the weather with said customers, with not even the slightest acknowledgment of my existence... I walked out... so disappointing from a shop that I used to really enjoy.

So glad we walked in. I couldn't resist the smell from outside. Loved seeing a bloke in charge and caring just as much about heath and wellbeing as the next person. very refreshing. Loving the body scrub and face serum so far. Thank you xx

The best body butter I have ever used. Only wish there was somewhere closer to me that stocked these beautiful products.

James was so knowledgeable about everything we were concerned about with our skin and hair. Very interesting to talk to. The products work, we will be a regular customer. Thanks James for all your help today.

James thinks it's ok for him to stand in the middle of the footpath outside his soap Opera Shop pushing his chest out with his arms crossed over his chest staring down others using the same footpath in his incoming direction.
