My wife was a big fan of this place because of how they claimed to make the udon on premise. But in our most recent return, things just did not taste the same. The crumb fried foods were ok, but the udon just seemed a bit flat in terms of flavour.

Simple and unassuming. Slightly daunting menu but you learn to appreciate the flexibility.
This place used to be good, but seems like there is a change in ownership recently. The price went up and the portion is extremely small - you would need to order two portions ~$25 to fill your stomach. The meat doesn't even taste fresh anymore.
Friendly and caring staff members here. Saw staff here assisting parents to bring their trays to their table so that they can look after their kids. Food here are great as well.
