I love going to Marshall's as I buy magnesium there... I would love to have the money to buy everything that I would like to buy as their shop is a treasure trove of wonderful items, at great prices. Unfortunately though I am on the supported living benefit and money is tight. It is a wonderful shop to browse in and the staff are very friendly and helpful and they don't push their products on you.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE-(SHAME ON YOU NADINE) If you have bought a particular brand of product that is no longer on their shelves don't expect any helpful info from this particular person to know what it was or make an effort to find if it is listed in their data base, Being BUSY or UNDERSTAFFED is NOT my problem .A very unprofessional incompetent who passed the buck (query) to a junior and would rather serve other customers than deal with a too hard query.My experience has made me think twice before getting advise from her as being Marshall's Health Store Medical Herbalist. Julian it's a shame she has let down an other wise good team of people that over the years I have had good customer service and no complaints. I will not be back to your store.

Varied range of good quality natural products. Staff knowledge is great and their down to earth yet professional manner is just prefect when discussing health needs. To top it all off.....I've found they are much less expensive than other health shops. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Staff are all very knowledgeable and ask questions to make sure you have the best product for your needs. The only reason I haven't given a 5 is that the last time I went in the product I always buy from there wasn't on the shelf. That's the first time in 12 months that has happened. They're open nearly every day too. Just not public holidays I think.

Marshall's Health is the best Health Food store in Christchurch! They have the best variety of health supplements available. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and always prepared to go the extra mile to help. They also have an in store Herbal Dispensary with two qualified herbalists...Would never go anywhere else!
