A lovely place to walk, plenty of things for kids to see, learn and study. Peaceful creeks, and paths are well maintained. Nice place for a picnic and you may enjoy your lunch with the wildlife like I did. You must take a visit.
Always quiet. We'll maintained tracks. Upland is more off road than the other loops but that's great. The sculptures are amazing. A real gem of the Sunshine Coast
This is a worthwhile destination for a half or full day of walks, picnics, and exploring. After rain the longer tracks can be muddy in sections, but not inaccessible. There are no BBQ facilities but ample tables and chairs and space. Just BYO. Facilities are clean and well maintained, and there are pram and wheelchair friendly walks as well as the more traditional bushwalk trails just a well-worn leafy track that is signposted at the junctions. A well kept secret on the Sunshine Coast.
Beautiful gardens with heaps of parking. Good walking trails with lots to see. Seating and toilets on site. Good spot for weddings.
Such a beautiful Botanical gardens with so many tracks to explore. Love the combination of natures chaos holding the designed spaces, with sculptures scattered throughout.
Beautiful place filled with native flora, lots of birds, amazing sculptures, a lagoon, cafe & more. Take a free guided tour on Mondays at 10am. Excluding a couple of Summer months. Our guide, Elaine, was incredible. So knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming & lovely. Many volunteers keep this place in beautiful condition & are instrumental in constant innovation, including building an arbor for the vine to attract the gorgeous Richmond Birdwing Butterfly. Thanks to all the Friends & supporters of the Bushland Gardens.
The FIRST SUNDAY of every month the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens plays host to the Secret Garden. Discover folky tunes and gritty blues or reggae vibes and sweet pop sounds, there's something different at each event. BYO picnic and relax with friends and family in this unique and beautiful setting. Tickets via Troubadour Wagons
Just beautiful Great all time of the year, grab a coffee and choose a path to take a stroll at your own pace and leisure. Just love it! Recently went for the Christmas Festive Gardens 2022. Absolutely spectacular. Great for the kids. Foam machine, giant snow globe, Grinch show and more!! Kids had a blast Only down fall was the overpricing of the food trucks and there was no coffee van however the light display in the gardens made up for it
A great place to visit, a variety of walks for different levels and interests, wonderful sculptures and things to find.
This place is really cool. It's a reclaimed cattle farm that was old growth forest. It was then reclaimed and turned it the natural garden with creek crossings and a billabong with a small cafe for rest and recovery from the 6 or so kilometres of bush tracks. There are wheelchair friendly walks as well as narrow tracks through the bush. Plenty of sculptures and animals to see. Many different bird songs song Tas you walk. Myself and the kids loved that they have placed picnic tables along the walks at various points. Totally cool lunch in the bush. Check it out.
