These apartments are located in the heart of the city and are good value for this reason. The rooms are basic, but have all the essentials. The room we had was fitted with very bright, white/blue ceiling lights which we found to be too bright. Also all rooms come with a window, however some of these are internal and the view is just a wall. Regardless, the location of these apartments is so good you won't spend much time in your room. Thanks for having me.
Doesn't look like much from the outside, a bit dodgy actually, but once you get to your room it's a different story. Had a 1 bedroom apartment which had a separate lounge, dining and kitchen. Actually had a bath in the bathroom. Also had a laundry. Room very clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfy. Location is very central, close to the Mall and not far from China town. Compared to a lot of other inner city hotels, this place is value for money.
2 nights at $700… to be honest I would have preferred a hostel stay. This would have been worth $100per night maximum. The only positive is the location. A few of the negatives: • Lights in the narrow steep stairways in my loft room did not work, no windows in stairways so needed phone torches. •Every single window had no view - only onto a wall 1-2m away, did not open and was covered in bird poo. left the curtains shut as it was gross. •Mould in bathroom. •Exhaust fans did not work. •Couches were not comfortable at all. •Bathroom door did not lock. •Roof top terrace was overlooking a roof and next door building, was not described as having no view, more so the pictures had a lovely view. Clearly not what we got. •Very noisy generator or something running upstairs so it was loud through the bedrooms all night. Don’t stay here.. just don’t.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was very nice, clean and had all amenities you could need. The location is great, a short walk to basically anything you could want to do in the CBD and very close to good tram routes. Great value for the price paid. Would happily stay here again if I see them as an option in my dates/price range.
Excellent location, 2 doors down from Myers. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Very impressed and happy with our stay. We booked an one bedroom apartment which was basic but clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Partner had advent calendar beers I gifted him stolen from the hotel room fridge. They were gift wrapped and all. Staff didn't care and blamed contractors. He moved hotels and recommended the business never books there again
Location is amazing. I had a problem with the booking my agency had made and the team were very helpful and they did as much as they could to accomodate my requests. Room had everything you could need, lots of natural light and a great balcony. Special thanks to Cathy and even more to Anna. Any business would be successful having front row workers like them.
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through work. Cancelled after 1st night and moved hotel after such a bad experience. Initially was given a smoking room by mistake I'm a non-smoker. I'm not precious, but the permanent smoke smell in the room was horrendous. Air con and windows open did nothing. Used after hours service to change room, so then I was happy... until taking a shower in morning and found there was no hot water to the room No. 407. Reception completely unhelpful on this; just said there were no other rooms.. no offer to try to get it fixed or anything.. so yeah, just deal with no hot water to room? So I arranged for both rooms to be cancelled and moved hotel. Later same day, realised I had left two gift wrapped drinks in the room fridge present from my wife, so contacted hotel to make sure no one else had checked into the room and I could pick them up. No one had, but they said cleaning found nothing. So I went back and checked for myself. Gone. Stolen. Again the reception was useless. Just said "Maybe a contractor went in there?" Nothing else. Have now made sure my workplace of 700 employees never books this hotel again.
Great location in the heart of the CBD. The apartment 512 had all the amenities I needed, with a full kitchen. Could be cleaner. Fantastic views from the rooftop balcony, although the fallen plasterboard with exposed nails presented a safety hazard.Rooms: 4/5
a great location in Melbourne CBD... the rooms are great with all the right amenities... well priced... service is ok too... Walkability: close to transport and all city attractions...
