A pleasant stay in a spacious split-level room. Tick for the most important features of any hotel: a comfortable bed and no noise. A well-equipped kitchen area, and two TVs. Bathroom is a bit cramped and the air conditioning on the loud side, however. Overall a very pleasant stay, topped off by friendly and efficient staff. The hotel features a very small rooftop pool / spa / BBQ, which is nice but really only caters to a few people or one family at a time.
Had a great short stay. The room was fantastic, with the team arranging two single beds and a balcony. The new designs are very modern and clean with plenty of space. Perfect for a long day out on the city. Would definitely stay there again.Rooms: 5/5
The room was very spacious, with all kitchen amenities, sofa, washing machine and a dryer. The reception is well mannered and very helpful. The breakfast in the hotel was very delicious. It's located in front on the light rail that connects everywhere in Sydney. Will definitely visit again.Rooms: 5/5
We were upgraded without asking, which was appreciated. After a slight mix up with housekeeping our room was ready. Room faced George St, which on a Friday night/Saturday morning became quite boisterous with crowds leaving local nightclubs. Room in itself was lovely, along with breakfast downstairsRooms: 4/5
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were fantastic and allowed late check out which was good with a new born. Room was a good size with all amenities. Will definitely stay here again when travelling to Sydney
Great location in the city. The staff were friendly at check in, and the rooms present well. At $400/night, it's probably asking a bit much though. Where it really gets let down in the never ending chorus of derelict reprobates from the bar downstairs. The rooms are nowhere near sound proofed enough to be located so close to an aurally offensive establishment, which has a licence to operate till 3am. You'd think it would be safe on a Tuesday night, but you'd be wrong. My stay here has me looking back fondly on COVID lockdowns when travel to disappointing hotels wasn't necessary, and noisy feckless loons weren't out all night causing a ruckus.
Just checked in. The manager was so professional and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable. Great hotel. We will definitely be coming back.
You know a place is good when you hesitate to review it, wanting to keep it secret. But there is no secret that's why it's already hard to get a reservation. Lovely staff, great spacious rooms, AMAZING breakfasts and light rail to the door!Rooms: 5/5
been there many times stay in studios accommodation. The restaurant is like a business resto not expensive. correct food god and fast service Rooms: nice room when stay go for a studios facing bonda street Nearby activities: Sydney opera ferries going to places in sydney Harbour Walkability: lifts and access to the room easely
We stayed on 12th Nov 2022 - They "GUARANTEED" a 2pm check in but only let us in at 2.20pm which made us late for our 3pm concert. When I complained they didn't give a stuff. Even worse the water was turned off from 9pm - 1am that night and only informed us at check while knowing this 2 days beforehand. Terrible experience!Service: 1/5
