Reviews

Diverted off the main highway to have a look (not too far off the main drag,) and was not disappointed.  These out if the way places need lots of maintenance and it is obviously popular with the Darwin boating fraternity. 

Would have benefitted from better signage and access to the water,  because other than the boardwalk to the toilets and the boat ramp there was not much of a chance to enjoy the serenity of the dam. 

Worth the diversion just for a quick look,  or a kayak trip if you have one on the roof racks.

nice place for weekend hangout with family. Water sport, good access, clean toilet, nice view.

A good spot for a picnic,  or fishing  (if you have a boat), not much in the way of bank fishing though.

Not bad fishing but swimming is seedy and you don't really feel safe.
