Won't be back, staff are rude and very inconsistent. The place doesn't look like it's had a single dollar invested back into it since it's opened. Kids are easily bored and want to play laser tag rather than use the equipment which is an additional expense. I'd give one star, but my kids loved the place when it first opened and have fond memories of the foam ball guns and trampoline.
Wow, some of the reviews are brutal. I have had nothing but good experiences at KJS since it opened several years ago. The owners started the business from scratch, and have done an amazing job to build up a loyal clientele. I disagree with the reviewer who claimed "I doubt a dollar has been invested into the place since it opened". This is simply not true. The owners have consistently added new play equipment, toys and facilities. Let's not forget that this is a small family business, competing with the likes of Kingpin, Flip Out and The Planet. KJS has done a remarkable job of staying in business, and it continues to attract customers. KJS may not have all the bells and whistles of the "big boys" in the kids entertainment industry, but it is functional, practical, safe and FUN. Give these guys a break - they are providing a great place out of the weather for our kids to play - it is well worth paying the $10 entry fee per child, to sit in the A/C for a few hours and sip delicious coffees while the kids burn off some energy. Written by a local Darwin resident with 6 Darwin-born kids, all of whom have enjoyed spending time at KJS over the years.
It's a fantastic fun place for young kids, under 6 year old! really worth try it once and do not forget to take a pair of socks for your kid, otherwise you have to pay and buy one there at entrance! Also there are a coffee shop and snacks to buy. However, the food quality can be better!
Night time table top gaming on Wednesday. Lots of room mature and kind crowd. Great seating. Would recommend. Car park very dark at nighttime though.
Apart from the sign on the door saying closes at 5 I got there at 2.30 and closed already. Went next day and my little man had a good time. PS the coffee is good etc.
My kids did enjoy themselves but the equipment and the facilities are dirty and poorly maintained. It could be so much better with a little effort
Overpriced for children's simple entertainment. Equipment was broken at the time. Although is quiet and clean.
Perfect place for kid's entertainment. Best for celebrating birthday parties and other kids related functions.
Great playground for the little ones, lots of fun in laser tag for the big kids and adults
lovely ladies, clean enviroment, lots to play with. my daughter cant get enough of the place
