We visited this restaurant this evening. Even though the food was of okay quality, I would like to highlight that there is no value for money. The quantity they serve is way too low compared to the prices they charge. Also the menu has very limited options in Entree and main. Any other good Indian restaurant in the city would cost way less than what we paid here for two people. Their customer service was okay but has lots of room for improvement. To my shock they charge a surcharge amount on credit card payments. All in all I would not visit them again until there are some improvements in their menu and food quantity.

So, funny story. We were a group of 5, including 2 jains, all of us pure veg. We were driving down from Sydney just because we had heard rave reviews for this place before. We called in before 3 hours(approx) to let me them know that we would want to have Jain food. I don’t remember the name of the person that we talked to, but we were told that we can come in and discuss the possibilities of Jain dishes before placing an order. We were told that they would discuss the dishes that could be provided to us and we were told to order once we come in and meanwhile they would let us know what dishes would be served. Feeling Satisfied with the solution, we started driving to the destination, which is around 1.5hrs from our place. When we reached there, we were told that they have already prepared 2 dishes for us, without asking us if we would like it or not. They had prepared a Mix Veg curry and a paneer starter. We were asked to have the food that we didn’t want to have. Now we told the guy who was serving us about the conversation that we had. Turns out he was the same guy on the phone. Now, about this person in particular. He claimed that he was too a chef in the restaurant and started lectuting us about the curries. He was extremely rude while he did that. He wasn’t kind and he wasn’t interested in showing the lack of hospitality he had in him. He didn’t shy away from proving that we were a bunch of stupid people who haven’t had any food in any restaurant ever. Not only we were insulted but also we were mislead into believing that we would be provided options for the food. We understand that serving jain food can be difficult, a simple no would have sufficed, we can understand that one cannot serve jaij food, we get it, no complaints, no hard feelings. Although telling us, that they would serve jain food after discussing witu us. What they did instead was they prepared the dishes beforehand without asking for our choices at all. About the waiter who claimed to be a chef as well, i would say, the only reason we would never visit the restaurant again, would be because of you. I have been here in Australia for 3 years now, visited countless restaurants, but this here today, was by far my worst experience in any restaurant ever. The person serving us extremely ungrateful of the fact that we had travelled about 60kms for their food. Ultimately we had to cancel the order and walk out without having the food. I have been working in a restaurant since 2 years now. I myself am an assistant chef in a restaurant. I have never seen or made a Butter based curry with Onions in it. The waiter when asked, if Dal Makhani and Dal Tadka can we served in Jain or not, had to tell us that he would have to ask the chef. Now, he claimed to be a chef, how in the world can a guy not know if something can be served in a certain way or not. Would never be visiting the restaurant again. It is definitely a minus star, but since it is not possible, 1 star.

Please don’t come to this restaurant.... unfriendly service.... waiter will come to you with full of attitude....

Reasonable Indian food stars. I always go to Indian on a Saturday night, though this place was quiet. Recommend the madras chicken, lamb cutlets and tandori chicken.

Have only eaten take away on uber eats but it's the best Indian I've had in Sydney. Amazing!!
