Highly Recommended I was bit confused on which one to choose as there are few in Melbourne for Hair replacement services . Some how I decided to contact Mane systems due to them being great professional with the service . I was not at all wrong , Moment I had my first consultation with Craig till the time today I have visited 3 times so far and I was stunned by the service they provide and the amazing transformation and confidence i gained from my new looks . They are great professionals and know their job very well and you won’t be disappointed. Craig was very helpful in explaining and letting me choose the product I want and best suit me . Even though all theirs hair specialist are very professional I would like to mention about Melanie , I have received the best pleasant , friendly service ever today and could not stop leaving a review. . She is full of energy and made my day with her excellent skills . Great professional people who gives with attention to detail and do a best job for hair replacement systems . Thanks to Craig and team
My experience with Mane Hair System has been awesome! I have mostly dealt with Mark and he is expert in his job. I am really happy with results and recommend it everytime
Mane are without a doubt the pinnacle of hair restoration. I found their staff, in particular Craig, to be incredibly honest, laying out not only the pros but also possible cons to the service provided. Mane will absolutely make you feel right at home, with absolute discretion and complementary beverages.
Craig is one of the persons working. They just take money in advance and cancel appointments. They are lazy moths don't want to work. They're habituated to free money. They charge $150 for consultation and test but when I attended they dint even do patch test. Craig was my consultant and his attitude was worst. Its not a good way to do business. I don't even recommend this to anyone. To be honest if U consultant these people after seeing this review, it simply states that you don't worry value money. If you get money for free like these people you can consult them. Even the work is not good.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If anyone is looking high quality hair system salon, Mane Systems is by far the best place in Melbourne. They are reasonably priced. I have been to other salons for hair systems and they don't compare for a few reasons. Craig is a super positive guy with a great energy and everyone on his team the same, they all have a phenomenal work ethic & are super efficient at what they do collaboratively. You only have to visit here once to know they operate at a high level, they all bring a warm welcoming nature. unlike other places, I walked into this place & was blown away at the cleanliness & hygiene I saw here. The whole team are always polite and do there absolute best for their clients. I will be using Mane systems ongoing !
Highly recommended for any hair solutions and styles. If you are losing hair, having a hair system is the best investment and treatment you can do for yourself. Not only it will give you a young look but also it will boost your confidence in everyday life. I'm glad that I came across Mane Hair Systems and 100% happy with my hair systems. Craig and his team are very professional yet friendly with great customer service in mind. Highly Recommended!
I must say I am very disappointed the way I was treated today. I made an appointment weeks ago, paid the required fee $40?, came all the way from far away and got caught in terrible traffic. I was literally 10 minutes late to my 45 min appointment not 15 minutes like the staff member Craig? claimed, and was refused my appointment. The explanation was that there is a lot to go through and the staff member already has the next appointment scheduled right after me. I understand that this is not ideal, and that I am to blame if we need to rush or cannot get through all information, but I cannot understand how I can be refused the remaining 35 mins of my paid appointment. How is that possible? I made an effort to get this appointment and tried my best, and I expect the company to do the same, especially if it is an appointment that I paid for.
Thank you Mane Systems for changing my life forever! Your professionalism from consultation Craig to actual fitting of the new hair system today was excellent! The joy is overflowing, and Mark in particular is awesome and simply very caring about how I feel and the way I look, particularly his attention to details and styling skills are, I think, one of the best! Highly recommended for anyone contemplating about undetectable hair system! The salon is very clean, comfortable, modern, and discreet for those wishing privacy! Family and friends today could not believe my new look - undetectable hair and look very real! Well done and more power to Mane Systems!

Totally changed my life and I'm obsessed with my new hair! Mark and Craig are extremely good at what they do and super friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else. I just wished I did this three years ago!
