Story

The Face and Hair clinic is a subsidiary of Advanced Beauty Group. Established by Dr Andrew Kim in 2001, Advance Beauty Cosmetic Surgery has been a market leader in the field of facial cosmetic procedures and hair transplant. With the opening of our Melbourne clinic in 2009, the Advance Beauty Group now offers both surgical and non-surgical procedures in Sydney and Melbourne.

Our mission is to offer the most advanced and up-to-date methods to enhance an already beautiful you! Aesthetic improvements should always achieve a natural looking result. From the moment you contact us, you will have access to a nurse and/or Dr Kim himself to discuss your needs and how we can achieve them. I can’t recommend Pam and the team enough! I was so happy with the result I got, in fact Pam’s work is the best I’ve ever had done!

I had the groupon deal, one major area and 1 minor area. She said I needed all of the units for the 1 major area which was my forehead and frown lines, I disagreed but she said that there wouldn't be enough units left over to make a difference anywhere else. I ended up with two drooping upper eyelids, very uncomfortable, heavy and difficult to try and do makeup, plus I look bloody terrible with hooded eyes. It defeated the purpose. Now I have to look like this for the next 3-4 mths. I am angry and embarrassed.I have gone back to see them and Pam said that the person who did it used way too much and I could look like this for 6mths. They offered the next time for free. I think I'm going to ask for a refund instead.

I bought a Groupon voucher and am extremely happy. I had Pam do my botox and she is so lovely and very respectful of your wishes and doesn't push anything on you. She's also really down to earth and professional. I can't believe the negative comments that I have read but I do know this is not the case, I had the best service from beginning to end. Some people are so negative that they have nothing but negativity in their comments, instead of going to work it out with company they write negative comments instead. I highly recommend Pam!

Such good service for my first time. Reassured me and was very honest about my treatment options. Would recommend to anyone who may get nervous prior.

Very disappointed with the service received. Please don’t believe their online deal! I had to go back several times to fix up areas they did, and they didnt even use full ml’s I paid for! Their products are either out of date or using left over from other customers to clear out what they have. Every time I asked them to fix up the areas (not done well) they wanted to charge me on top of what I had originally paid. Rude and disrespectful towards customers! Don’t be fooled by the promotion save your money and go somewhere, where they actually look after their customers! They just lost 4 life long customers!
