I’m an ex client from 2003 I had very bad experiences with this company, Faulty hair systems that shed hair and fall apart , Hair systems that faded within weeks, Hair systems cut in uneven and to short at fringe ect, Bad quality glue that melted and weeped through The mesh base within 8 days, Compleat Rip off with there price of $695 for a disposable hair system thats manufactured in Asia or India with a whole sale price off $85, I would not recommend this company to anyone, I’ll never forget how rude Caroline evens was ... Be very careful buying products in this industry make sure you get a full guarantee in writing And a detailed invoice about the quality off the product that your buying, And stay well clear of Hair Australia in Mulgrave I was a client there for a year there Just as bad as ultra hair if not worse ... Best To do a lot off research and compare prices, Quality and product .... Be Careful !

Wish they could attract other hairdressers. Thank god they sacked the other Hellen and the New Zealand guy who were bullies. The New Zealand guy cut my scalp and laughed at me. I had no apology from them and after they left I mentioned it and was told they left again no apology.. Sadly Some Melbourne people in the service industry discriminates against anyone who does not look sexually attractive.
