Bought the hallway table, bedside cabinets, and Dressing Table With Mirror 3 months ago. I’d say it’s the best quality of wooden furniture in Christchurch! They don’t have a 2.2m TV cabinet so we bought one at a nationwide department store. It makes me to confirm that Mainland Furniture definitely has the high quality of wooden furniture. Would def purchase more furniture from you guys if needed. :
Great sturdy piece of furniture, fits the space perfectly. Love the look of it as well. Would have liked the drawers to have runners. Was very impressed to have received the package within a few days considering it was shipped from Christchurch to Auckland. Packaged well, arrived all intact with no damage. Thank you!
Being in Wellington, I was dubious about buying furniture sight unseen from Christchurch. We couldn't find a dining suite we liked locally but liked one Mainland Furniture had on their website and the price was very reasonable, including delivery to Wellington. I also ordered a hall table I fell in love with, something else I hadn't been able to find locally! Such an easy process, good communication fast delivery, well packaged furniture, and we love it! Thanks so much!
I will at any time be happy to recommend Mainland Furniture Christchurch. I received fast and clear communication from them, every step from the time I did the online purchase to delivery. I got an email to tell me my order was received and is being processed. I got an email to notify me that my order is on the courier. In that email was the name of the courier carrier with their phone number and a reference number. Their choice of courier is excellent. The product a book case was very well wrapped.
If your after value for money this is the place to go. We purchased the Vienna Oak bedroom suite which is completely made of solid wood even the backs. As a shopfitter by trade, I am very happy with my investment, and know because of the high level of construction that these pieces will last a lifetime. The staff were very helpful and they also got delivered to our house in Rangiora within an hour of leaving the store. We will definitely be buying from Mainland Furniture in the future.
A really good shop with lots of different furniture. I went looking for 2 bedside tables and the one I looked at, they only had 1 left unfortunately. However my second choice I managed to get 2. Nice young guy who helped me with my purchase. And my 2 pieces were really solid wood. Really happy with my purchase and for a reasonable price.
I recently assisted with purchasing two items for family on this companies website. It is certainly a company I will remember. Within 5 minutes of placing the second order, a representative phoned to advise they were expecting more stock in the following week, we should expect a short delay. The service received was swift, the items were exactly as ordered and very well packaged. The communication received was top notch. Thanks for such excellent service.

Amazing store, we bought bedroom furniture from them yesterday. The staff were friendly and very helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. We'll be going again soon to buy more furniture as there's so much choice and the prices are very good.
