Had a great experience purchasing a lounge suite with La Z Boy. Was great to find a place that had plenty of couches with high backs and a wide range of materials. Staff were friendly, helpful and made the process easy. Wait time is reasonably long but this worked with out situation.
Awesome visit to the Lazboy store today in Christchurch, was looking for a lift chair for my father. The team are very friendly and inviting and Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the range of chairs they have. I would recommend to anybody looking for any furniture requirements be it a lift chair or lounge suite
We worked with Jamie at lazy boy Christchurch for 3 month trying to work out the best options for our home. Between Jamie and Casey - hunters interior expert we have ended up with with the most amazing furniture making the most of a great space thank you both so much fyi the lazy boy chairs have been a hit amongst family and friends
Appalling "service". tl;dr I went to the store to replace my current La-z-boy recliner chair. As a person living with chronic illness/disability, who practically lives in her chair, it is important to me to choose the correct product, even if it is a large expenditure compared to my income. Unfortunately, when I came to the store, the salesperson, who had greeted us in a friendly enough way, when we first entered, seemed to quickly make up their mind that we would not be the kind of people who could afford their product, and treated us with an utter lack of professionalism. True, they went through the motions, but every part of their demeanour made me feel unwelcome and as if I was wasting their time despite there literally being no other customers in the shop. I don't know what was perhaps going on in that person's life to make them act possibly less than their usual self, but this was unacceptable. Prejudice is ugly and all people deserve to be treated with dignity.
Jamie spent considerable time with us assisting in our selection of a suitable recliner for our new unit. He was very helpful and made appropriate suggestions to assist in the selection process. Would highly recommend him.
Had a problem with remote making electric chair unsafe for my husband. Lazyboy Christchurch had this sorted in less than 2hours. So pleased to get such great service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to all

Heard that Lazboy make the 'Rolls Royce' of recliners and was not disappointed with the quality of the couches and their comfort level. Jamie the manager was very helpful. He even had the couch I was interested in on hold while I made my mind up. Definitely recommend them.
RECENTLY ORDERED A LAZY BOY LOUNGE SUITE AND I FOUND THE SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS THANKYOU JAMIE FOR TAKING TIME TO GIVE ME TIME TO DECIDE WHICH SUITE WAS SUITABLE FOR ME. MANY THANKS CHERYL ALDWIN
