Beautifully clean , tidy rooms with impeccable service, 5 min walk to shops , a small convenience garage/shop next door . Quiet , modern and very comfortable. Walkability: So close to the main street of shops , 5 minutes to entre the " Avenue " .

We made a last minute booking and fetched an incredible price for what we received. It was spacious and clean from bed to kitchen to bathroom with everything you could ever need in a motel. The staff were friendly and inviting. Was definitely delighted with this stay.Rooms: 5/5

Rang to query about covid before booking, guy who answered phone immediately went on the offensive and begun trying and failing to intimidate and interigate me about using booking. Com... Did feel sorry for him as could feel the misery of his closed mind through the phone... Disapointing to see people like him being allowed in the motel business... Makes the rest of us good NZers look bad...
