I am delighted with the work done for me by Magenta Creative Jewellery in Eltham. First, when I lost an emerald from my engagement ring, Michael listened to my description and sourced an excellent replacement gem and provided a perfectly-matched repair to the ring.  Later, I commissioned a custom-made, hand-crafted bracelet. Michael took great care to understand my taste and his design was beautiful, incorporating a matching emerald and complementing my existing ring.  Next, I enquired about a broken chain of high sentimental value.  Michael discussed options and offered to re-melt the gold and convert it into a pendant, in which he inserted some fine emerald pieces so I now have a lovely set of three original pieces that coordinate together. Many thanks to Michael for making such treasured jewellery, from Margaret.

Fantastic jeweler, really passionate about his work. Helped design a custom ring that turned out better than I thought it would thanks to their input in the design.

Great opportunity to buy interesting jewellery or design something to get made up. All repairs done quickly.

Was very unimpressed by the lack of customer service. When a mistake was made I was blamed and told I would have to pay more the fix the mistake, even though the mix up was made on the businesses end. All the while felt they were very rude and clearly didn’t understand customer service! Would not recommend!!
