Macksville Chinese Restaurant

Story

The two story building which houses the Macksville Chinese Restaurant was completed in late 1984 with the restaurant opening for business in early december. It remained a one owner business until 2011 when the current owner took possession and continued with the successful format while adding a few personal touches of his own.
This prime location on the Pacific Highway has many advantages, being easy to find for the traveler with plenty of parking close by and almost the halfway point between Sydney and Brisbane. This has meant that we have many return customers from all over Australia. Famous people have dined here, from rock stars and movie stars to television personalities and politicians.
A large proportion of the population of Macksville and surrounding areas have grown up dining at the restaurant or having relatives or friends that have worked here. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the staff strive very hard to provide an enjoyable dining experience for their customers.
