This place. Oh my god. It’s quite simply one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Definitely the best in Australia. I can’t recommend it enough. You. Must. Go. And do the sharing menu so you can just eat and pick wines (with the Amazing Astrid’s help). Go. Go. Go.

Our favourite place to dine in the byron shire. Every time we visit the area from sydney we try to dine at fleet. Rob, Josh and Astrid are always soo lovely, the service is always top class without being stuck up we always feel like part of the family, the food is seasonal, creative and delicious with the drinks to match. If you are a local or just visiting do yourself a favour and book in for an intimate dining experience that will not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Some of the best food I've eaten but certainly the best service I've encountered. If you can, book well in advance and make the trip! I'd fly here to eat here.
