Had my brand new 2023 mux for 2 weeks still haven’t diagnosed the issue told by the manager Andrew that’s it’s my issue and not his not happy was a loyal customer not anymore will not be returning or recommending to anyone!!!
Absolute joke. They broke the fan in my D-Max, stuffed up the weathershields, argued that my ute was at 120000 when it wasnt and lied repeatedly. Booked a date to do the weathershields, drop off the car they call me 5 hours later saying they dont have the part?! Why was it there for 5 hours then?! They have NO idea what they are doing. Don't ever take your car to these lying scammers.
Warranty claims here are a joke! Driven 3 hours to be told the parts haven’t been ordered. Would not recommend at all
Received delivery of my 3rd D-Max in January - Really happy with the X-Terrain package. Gavin Kennedy went above and beyond to provide all the information I required and his advice and information was extremely professional. I have also contacted Gavin after delivery for information and Gavin has been only to happy to help. Thanks Gavin for your assistance - very much appreciated.
Travelling from the Central Coast to North Qld, I clocked up 10,000km on my MUX & called into Isuzu Mackay to enquire about the 10k service. I was pretty wary at first since this wasn't my home dealership. However, I have to say that the service I received from the front desk to the workshop was second to none. The girls at reception, particularly Laura Young went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were amazing! Laura even explained a few things about my MUX that I wasn't aware of while her telephone follow-up service was 100% professional. Thanks everyone at Isuzu Mackay. Good old country service at its very best!
Was super happy with both Isuzu's Breakdown tow service and the young girl's service at Mackay Isuzu reception. She arranged a loan car just in case I needed it to return to Sarina - got the car back within a few hours fixed - and with no charge to boot.
We recently purchased a new DMAX and had it delivered to us on the Sunshine Coast. Banksia handled the process extremely promptly and professionally, it was completely stress free. We always appreciate having the opportunity to deal with people that are good at their job and actually know what they are doing. Cheers, Dan.
Very happy with their service. Dmax was booked in for a major service and the process was easy from start to finish. Really appreciate the courtesy lift to and from where we were staying. Pricing was competitive compared to some other dealerships which was fortunate as timing was good for us travelling through. There was a slight difference in the quoted price on the phone and what was written on the day but they honoured the original quoted price without an issue. Top marks from me!
