Absolutely appalling service from Rebecca. Why do you employ people who have absolutely no customer service manners whatsoever. Rebecca was sour faced and couldn't even smile while she served me. Queensland Transport should be ashsmed to have someone like her working for them.

$91 for a piece of plastic my bank gives me for free? God help the people that fall for this scam.

Arrived at 12pm,  expecting the place to be full and a long wait ahead, instead I wasted straight in there were two people in front of me, I got my ticket and hadn't even left the line when my number was called. Bubbly friendly young lady served me and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
