Trying to Change my Victorian Drivers Licence to a Queensland Licence took 5 trips. Told to bring birth certificate,  did then told we do not accept overseas birth certificate, then aged pension card, then told to get a passport, last trip I took my citizenship paperwork. Previous female staff member accused me of having other names. I must say a big thank you to Nickolia who accepted the citizenship paperwork and apologised for the way I had been treated. She was caring, and she was very thorough in her work ethics.

Friendly, helpful staff, could be a bit more seating as the COVID-19 spacing arrangements are still in place

I came in a couple weeks ago after ringing twice and being hung up on and waiting over an hour just needing a simple answer but no one would answer the phones. So after I had finished work I came into the place hoping to seek answers that I desperately needed. I was appalled and shocked at the customer service I had received I was treated like absolute garbage and like I was a school kid basically asked what do I want. The women behind the counter were incredibly rude and completely dismissive and had zero care factor. This place needs to have its staff looked at and retrained how to approach customers and greet them properly. I will never return here I'd rather drive four hours to Rockhampton. I'm not one to normally complain but the service I received was dreadful everyone do yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you enjoy being spoken down to. The gentleman out front was very friendly welcomed us politely. One star is to much

Optus hacking fallout brought a large number of us out,  who are concerned about the possibility of our drivers lic being used to gain credit.  Staff were very helpful.

My visit today was a very enjoyable one member's  of staff were frendly and very apologetic for delay in serving, very busy. Thanks

Did my manuals test with them, helped me out a lot. I was so unprepared and they were kind enough to help me. Thank you guys so much! Especially to the front counter girls and female instructor!

Pleasantly surprised... friendly service and pretty quick..

Been waiting on the phone for 45+ minutes, everytime you call your told it will be a 15 minute wait no matter what the call is about. Must not have to pick up the phone if they dont want to. I wish i didnt have to do my job when i went to work...

Air-conditioned on, no long wait,security officer good to chat to

Security guard at the front very helpful also the staff were great and friendly.
