In the last service that they performed on my car, I must say that the attention was excellent. The guy who greeted me at the beginning to drop off my car, the girl who took me home and picked me up, and the guy who greeted me at the end, were the best. My English is pretty basic but they did their best for me to understand everything. I don't remember all the names..but thanks!
LUKE at used cars is the man too see,unlike most "used car salesman" he listens and tries his very best to find a vehicle for you,in my case complete success bought a budget price carpictured above 2006 kia sportage in amazing condition ,i have been searching for the "WOW" factor in a budget under $7000vehicle for months,first impressions "WOW" i thought ,it is presented extremely well,mentioned the car stereo wasn't working ,even gave me a discount too replace it+free warranty kind of my mind as received a very good deal +a warranty as well ?? transaction was smooth as silk all done and dusted on xmas eve as well again thank you so much for excellent vehicle and no pressure sale
Brendan and Thea were amazing! They went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my own car. Answered instantly with any questions I had. Thea was on top of her game with the financing and ensuring that there was no confusion. Brendan did an unbeatable job with helping choose the car and even with pick up he helped pack the car and safety was his biggest concern. Highly recommended!

Travelled to Mackay to purchase a vehicle at Mackay city auto this week. A $500 holding deposit was placed on the 13/08 for the vechile till i arrived in Mackay 29/08 which i explained and the salesperson said they would happily hold. Two weeks before we travelled the saleperson informed me that the manager wanted the vechile sold and wanted a loan to go through even though i wad told they were happy to hold till i arrived in mackay to test drive the vechile and then proceed with the loan. I spoke with the financial manager about a loan and the best interest rate they could offer was 12.5% p.a. i seeked out a broker to see if i could get a better interest deal. After telling the financial manager I was going through a broker due to interest rates being to high I was replied with "well I hope you are happy with paying more" and once the loan went through with the broker I was treated with rudeness and disrespect from staff members from Mackay city auto. I went to the dealership yesterday to sign paperwork for rego transfer only to be told the "money is not in out account" no friendly greeting nothing. I explained to the sales person that the funds were an instant transfer and if they could contact banking again. No offer to show me the car or let me test drive the vechile i was purchasing - pending funds transfer. Today at opening time I got the phone call saying funds have been transferred in account and when I could pick up vechile. I explained in the afternoon as I had to wait till my partner finished work as we tracelled for my partners work. When arriving at the dealership i signed more paperwork -did not explain paperworkor the extra warranty nothing was just sign here. I was given 2x keys and told the car was across the road. Told "congratulations" and that was it. Was told the car had just been detailed only yesterday and yet the floor mats and cup holders had dirt on/in it. I purchased the vechile with 38818kms on it when picking up the vechile today it had 39764kms on it. Very unsatisfied with the customer service from this car yard! Would give 0 stars if I could!
This service department was a failure, I had taken my vehicle there to confirm problems with the air-conditioning, 6 Apr 22. The service person told me if I wanted to seek a price on ebay or have their department order the part required. I decided to have them order the part and the service person was very happy for me to have made them a 500 dollar bonus. It wasn't until I went to the service department in June 3 months later no phone calls or chase up. The part wasn't even ordered, what a disappointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Worst service centre we have ever used! Treat you like you know nothing about cars we pulled the pin and picked our car up.
Sold me a demo ranger that had the side wiped out and cheaply repaired. After a few years the paint started falling off and although it was still under warranty, they refused to fix it and claimed to have no knowledge of the extensive damage done to the vehicle. Will never purchase from them again
Did 100,000 srevice here, a little rough start with booking of loan car and service info we left when booking over phone, as we changed day of booking but lady forgot to update all the info from job card to computer for new booking day, however, Jarad and Haden sorted it all out for us so wasn't too much of a issue. Jarad at least noticed that our head unit needed replacing where as our last 2 service centers in WA didn't, so I was impressed with that as our warranty is now run out, so Jeep now has to honour it to be replaced. Keep up the good work Jarad.
We purchased the Haval H9! Great customer service! Very smooth process. Easy to deal with. Very prompt with replies. I Highly recommend Brendan, nothing was a hassle. We even got a full tank of fuel! Thanks again
