Having to change vehicles due to a workplace injury was and is a major challenge for myself. I was welcomed by the team at Hyundai AutoCorner especially Scott Morrison; who made the experience choosing a vehicle more suited to my current condition. I explained my worries and health concerns for long term safety with injury. We dealt with Nic at Mackay Hyundai and he was simply amazing. He went above and beyond to help us and was so friendly, helpful and informative and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We would recommend him to anyone after our experience dealing with him either in person or over the phone. Also Bylynda in Finance made the whole finance side so easy and answered all our questions however crazy. .lol... a lovely, friendly and informative lady. Then we talked Schmick with young Haylee who's bubbly, friendly personality made our visits in store so enjoyable and helped us understand the whole process which we ended up investing in. Spent today travelling from Townsville to pick up my brand new Hyundai Tuscon. I cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help in getting this beautiful car into my hands, he has made this process so hassle free and answered all of my silly questions. After a long time making a final decision and multiple test drives of the Tuscon Highlander. We have gone ahead with this new car. Staff at Hyundai Mackay during this process have been nothing but patient and going through options of the cars and not pushy at all. Nick Williamson and the manager there were so efficient in finding and delivering a new car to us in a speedy time frame and we could not be happier with how they have been there. 1000% recommend.
