Machi Machi

Had been here a few times for various drink. Service is quick and staffs are friendly. Milk tea is nice and fresh. Will definitely come back again.

1, I ordered it online 15 minutes 3:06pmahead before I got there to pick up, so it allows them to prepare it, it showed 25ish minutes to prepare 3:39pm, I think it’s fair given it’s a public holiday, then I processed the payment. However, it took me another 30 minutes to get my drink. I was very disappointed. 2, don’t know if it affected me, this drink to me is a just ordinary drink. Nothing special. In conclusion, not worth to spend time or money to purchase!

I love Machi Machi!!! super yummy!!! I think it's the best bubble tea that I ever drink. Sometimes need to wait a lil bit, but the waiting time in Sydney store is not as bad as in the Hurtsville.Food: 5/5

I have never felt the need to write a bad review because I understand places can get busy. But 40 minutes for a drink and missing 4 different trains for a standard milk tea was painful While I did see a lot of staff at the back they were turning over one drink every 10 minutes. There was no communication from the staff and they still continued to take orders. I feel sorry for the customers after me because they were just prioritising online orders. Should’ve read all the reviews before me that have said the same thing to save myself some time.

Do not come here. Waited 40 minutes for one milk tea and missed 5 trains. The girl at the front just said “not yet” when I asked when my drink would be ready. It was also pretty empty when I ordered my drink. Ended up reading the reviews and the owner just replies with the same thing every time about “retraining” and that orders take “10-15minutes” to make. Obviously no changes or “retraining” has happened. 40 minutes for one drink is totally unacceptable and if this is a common occurrence, the staff should let the customers know about the wait time. One of the worst customer service experience I have encountered.

Service needs to be improved!!!!! Order through Hungry Panda, miss out the topping, try to call and no answer. Willing to pay extra to revise the order when picking up, and was rejected by the stuff several times. “We don't pick up calls when we are busy” the response from the stuff.

Great staff and great drinks. I always just felt like they were very understaffed because wait time is always long. Hopefully they hire more staff soon because they'll make so much more if they can serve the drinks quicker..Food: 5/5

Services take too long. They told us to wait for 14 minutes, but we waited for 1 hour or so. They should be honest with business as this is very annoying. Update: i asked the staff after 30 mins if my drinks were done, she said not yet when my number got passed. And l after 1 hour wait, i came and ask for a second time for any update, she gave me the drinks that stayed at the back waiting for 20 mins. So it must have been done for the first time i asked but they did not care to check.

This place gets really busy at time. Make sure to spare waiting time when ordering. Going back to take your order is possible if u need to be somewhere while waiting.Recommended dishesWith Creme Brulee, With Pearls, Pearls
