Come for the insta photo and then you'll never have to return again. Beneath the colours and animated characters is a dodgy business. First warning sign was that they were cash only but accept payment made via direct bank transfer. Secondly they cannot provide a receipt of any sort, not even a hand written one that would include the business name, what was purchased and at what price. When asked for their abn they didnt even know what that was. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was doing some kind of tax fraud. Ice cream is eh, very bland to be honest. Macarons are dry and at $10.90 a macaron ice cream sandwich you'd think at least one component would be outstanding.
This place is a must-go for an Insta-worthy photo. I bought a macaroon sandwich ice cream with a minion face on it. There are also lots of choices of the ice cream and macaroons. There are no seats in the store, so we couldn't eat in. But the interior design was also very cute which I had to take a photo inside. In terms of the ice cream, is was good, but as the macaroon was too sweet, I couldn't finish it and had to throw it away. If you are going with your friend, one ice cream sandwich is enough for sharing.
Really cute place! Hard to find due to the lack of signage, but just look out for the pastel pink decor and fluorescent lighting. The deal here is that you get to "make your own monster", with characters like Spongebob, Cookie Monster, and the guys from Monsters Inc or Despicable Me, and top it off with yummy edibles like fruit loops and candy. But the real star is the ice cream, they use really rich and flavourful ice cream in their cones, including my favourite new addiction Black Sesame. But they also vanilla and chocolate for the less ventured. Loved it, nice to see more trendy ice cream joints opening up around!
Super super friendly staff!!! Perfect looking Ice Cream: great Insta Material 4star rating because of the cone, taste not really good and fresh, but the ice cream and the topings are awesome !!
Yikes! What overpriced garbage, I had a double take when I was told it was $5.90 just for the cone alone and another $5 for one scoop. To top it all off the cone was stale and the staff were rude and were just chatting while I was waiting to be served before another lady came and served me who also had a bad attitude. This place is overhyped.
Very cool and fun concept; the designs are cute and pretty! Ice cream tastes good as well : just a bit pricey
Definitely worth the cute factor & tasty to boot! Though these icecream sandwich treats are a little pricey that’s because they’re a labour of love. It’s a little tucked away and tricky to find, but worth it for the perfect snap shot! Expect a line up if you go on the weekend.
I'm personally a fan of icecream and sweets, as cute as the food is, it's a sickening type of sweetness.
Service was very slow took over five minutes to make a single drink. Ice cream was of low quality and taste yet the most expensive ice cream I’ve bought. The cheese frappe was the biggest disappointment though. First there was PAPER or some kind of tissue in my drink which I didn’t see until I had drunk more than a half of my drink and found parts of it in my mouth. Absolutely disgusted. To top it off, the so called frappe was more water and there was hardly any flavour. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Great gelato but a bit on the pricey side. Fun to eat.
