I'm a regular customer of the Comebuy shop in Cabramatta and have been pleased with the service, until today 8/11/2018 at 15:29. The young lady who served me was very rude. I thanked her twice without response. She also slammed the drinks on the table in front of me. She didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. I understand this is a budget operation, but bad service will drive away your customers.

More like Icometodie, really wished Google implemented a 0-star option which really expresses my point to this review, let me first begin by saying, I ordered two milk teas original with pearls. The usual choice an individual would order if you come to a milk tea store. Sure, it took a few minutes to have my drink prepared which didn't concern me as it was quite busy, however, when my drink was ready the worker had the audacity to give me the drinks, now you're probably wondering "Well, they're supposed to aren't they?" Well yes, they are. Upon receiving the drinks I was eager to have a sip of the drink, then this is where I wanted to die. My partner pointed out there was something black floating on my drink, it didn't concern me at first as I thought this would be the pearls. Until I had a glance myself to discover a dead insect floating on the side of the cup. At that moment I wanted to puke immediately spitting everything out, I walked back to the store and told them to have a look at this unacceptable WHS violation, well the looks of the worker's face was mortified they stood there in front of a busy store frozen. They didn't know what to do, I asked them "Well?" their shaken response of "I'm sorry" puts me to say this store should be shut down or inspected by a WHS officer.
Purchased a large Passion Blast today which usually comes with three toppings, pearls, coconut jelly and lychee jelly for $5, however I only wanted it with lychee jelly and pearls. Unfortunately they said they ran out of pearls, so I asked for herbal jelly instead but they said they would charge me extra 50c, which is ridiculous because the drink is suppose to come with pearls and it's not my fault they ran out of pearls, so why is the extra charge neccessary? I ask them this and they said the herbal jelly serving is already in the cup.. which makes no sense cos they could just easily scoop out some of the herbal jelly. I know its only 50c but, if they ran out of the topping that was suppose to come with the drink itself then at least ask if I would like to replace it with another topping without an extra charge. Definitely never coming back to this comeby.
First time today 3/8/19 at around 2pm. Served by a really unhappy Girl. When the tea was ready, the Male Staff who made the Teas were rude, screaming at me to pick up my tea near him.....Poor customer service. Will never return even with free drink
Drinks are really nice and service is fast!! All the staff are also very friendly and welcoming!! Will definitely purchase there more often!!
I ordered brown sugar milk tea. No brown sugar flavored and added too much water on it.
rude staff though not all of them. one bad apple spoiled the whole lots. sad. never come back. sorry !
Very watered down milk tea. The fruit teas are alright. Slow service.
Their service are very good and fast and the store is very clean
