I would not recommend, I went during a really quite time and was meet with rude customer service. On top of the ruddness I basically wasted my money as I had to come home and fix my  pedicure as she left polish & top coat on my skin and broke 2 of my nails, normally I'd asked them to fix but she walked away no communication didn't even know if they were dry. The pedicure was painful and due to them digging at skin I now have a infected toe. I understand you are trying to run a bussiness but your customers should be a priority or at least met with safe services that does not end up with them having to go to a dr.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I highly recommend Luxe Nails! The staff are very friendly, especially Hu, and they go the extra mile to take care of their clients. I've been having my nails done there for over 12 months now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This nail salon do take a reservation. The salon opens at 9am and they informed that I would be served at 9.15 and yes they were on time.  Once I was in they let me sit and soak my finger onto some liquid and let me pick a color through a color guide. I have to admit they have a lot...a lot of color selection and all of them were available. Then the nail theraphist start to clean the cuticle and did the SNS as I ordered.  This place is not huge, there are 4 pedicure chairs and 8 manicure chairs with moderate skill worker. All the staffs worked deligently and efficiently. It took only 40 minutes to complete the manicure SNS process. However, I don't think the mani pedi instruments were being cleaned daily. Anyhow, I'm very satisfied with the service and the result. Since it was crowded, it is better to make a reservation in advance.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I never post bad reviews but I am so tempted for this one. It’s a convenient location for me since I live right across the street, but never stepping in again. OVERPRICED for NOTHING!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I went to this place 1st time for eyebrows wax & they said to come back in 30 mins I went back after 30 mins & they said will take another 15 mins. I went after 3 days for nails same thing repeated asked me to wait for 15 mins after I waited for 25 mins I asked how long they said don't know can take another 15 mins or even more I felt so frustrated & left they don't value their customer.worst customer service.

Anna looked after my mother in law who is disabled with such patience and kindness I can’t recommend her enough! Everything was done with the utmost care and her art skills are mind blowing - can’t wait to be back!! Thanks team

This place has the worst customer experience ever , I just come here because is close to my place but you definitely need to improve your service, I could agree that the girls know how to make manicure and pedicure but they are so rude , I never fell welcome ,and I feel the other customers feel the same because they do not care at all about customers . I hope you can provide a better service because is so sad to have this type of atmosphere .Service:&nbsp;Manicure

After much research to find a salon that listens as does as i want, i wont go anywhere else. The ladies are ALL fantastic doesnt matter who you get, they are courteous,  they talk to you and make you feel very welcome.  Every time i walk out of there looking at my nails, im always 100% satisfied with the job they've done

This beauty shop is so bright and cheery, the ladies that work at this store are so friendly and chatty. Makes getting my nails done perfect Service:&nbsp;Manicure
