Didn't have negative star rating, else would have been minus 5! Absolutely unprofessional & appalling!!! I had a 4:30pm appointment for waxing & Henna application. She allowed 45 minutes (next appointment @5:15pm) to do the whole lot. Still bewildered on how she would have done that, not sure if she is too quick? Rocked up only to find out that her kid is up and she can't do that now! Looks like a "make-shift business" to make some quick bucks during the windows available while doing baby sitting. Stay away if you are expecting a professional attitude & customer service... disgrace!

The worst facial I have ever had. As Drashti had her baby she was replaced by her friend which was in experienced. Her friend advised me that she has been only been doing facials for 4 months and was helping her friend out because she just had her baby. I'm all for people learning but not to pay for a service and experience what I did. From produce going in to my eyes and burning to having product all in my hair and be cleaned with baby wipes. Very poor service. 🙁
