Purchased the Miracle Oil off their website on the 11th of December 2019. Said 3-5 business days for shipping. Received no confirmation for shipping at all. Tried calling them but their phone is disconnected. How do you even run a business like that? Messaged them through their website and didn’t get a reply. Messaged them on Instagram and didn’t get a reply. Emailed them directly and still no reply. Decided to lodge a complaint with PayPal saying I wanted a refund. They literally only submitted feedback to PayPal on the last day of the claim with shipping information for the product I ordered. Received it today in the mail 8th Jan 2020. No apology and no reason for the delay. Don’t bother dealing with them. It’s not worth the headache. Worst run business. Wouldn’t waste my money again.
