Lady spent more time talking to other nail technician not enough paying attention to what she was doing, not at all what I asked for, wanted coffin got square, was very rough especially after telling her 10+ times my natural nail was broken AND my nails are extremely crooked! 110% not worth $55. Will not recommend or be going back.

So so happy with my manicure and pedicure I got today! 
They look perfect, the neatest Ive ever had. 
Great value for money will be going back for sure!

Had my nails done here today. I had originally had SNS nails done at Hollywood Nails in Hobart and then thru traveling overseas had to go to gel. The ladies here at Pt Cook did a beautiful job of bringing my nails back to magnificence! It was better than the original set that was done. I am so happy with it that I will definitely be going back again.

Worst service ever. I got SNS done and my nails have never looked worse. They filed them crooked and the SNS was uneven and not properly applied. When I said I wasn't happy they tried to fix it but the damage was irreversible, it slightly improved but was not to the standard I paid for. Even though I was in there for close to 2 hours, I raised this with the owner and she brushed it off and said that I still had to pay in full. If I was in her position, I would have handled it a lot differently. Really disappointing.

Love to come here get my nails done, love all the new girls at the new Hollywood nails relocated, they're very friendly and always does amazing job especially Sophia who is the new owner.
