made an appointment sat there for an hr with a unqualified person who insisted that a hairdresser would arrive soon. once the hair dresser had arrived she insisted that she chooses the color not me and also makes me an appointment for another day because she can't doit today because her daughter had a fever.
i repiled i had been there for an hr and now u want me to come back? 
she said she didn't want to doit anyway.
I don't believe any of them are qualified 
I would not go there they are roid and don't even know how to bleach hair.
