If the the fruit and veg being sub standard isn’t enough. If you want nice go and check out Altona or Point Cook. Honestly it’s been like this for years. Coles Central Square now make difficult to have a normal checkout employee serve you. Central Square Coles you make it difficult to support your local businesses at central square.The staff have always been really nice though, so I will give Coles Central Square a consideration for an extra star  NA. Otherwise you fail on every level. Sorry I will give 1 star they now have only express lanes serve yourself and the new conveyor service counters. With 1 girl serving store. With nothing but a smoke counter. Pathetic consideration of  old ladies getting told they can serve themselves  I would give you the center finger but my mum taught me to show respect to people. If only coles Altona Meadows had the same mum

Since this Coles is a lot quieter than other Coles stores in the western suburbs, not many customers attract. Which is a plus! This means almost everything you need is in stock. The workers here are incredibly sweet and helpful. The store is neat and tidy as well.

I only come here to do my client's shopping. The store is nice and small and always fully stocked. Love the fact the trolleys don't need coins. Staff are lovely and love the self-service checkouts for 12 items and more.

Local supermarket. Love the lil lady that helps at the self serve checkouts! Always helpful, friendly, funny and let's you know about there promotions! I had heaps of points and could not used them earlier but thanks to her now I'm always checking. Big ups to her otherwise my review would of been 4stars!

This Coles is huge. All the aisles offer varieties of products. Excellent customer service. Ample parkings available. Too convenient...

Specially in the late hours fruits and veggies section needs a restocking so I've to left empty handed. Secondly yes it's right old ppl can't do the self checkout by themselves and they need help but this coles has very limited 1 or 2 max ppl serving at checkout counters

I love this shopping centre. It is relatively small but has a wonderful mix of shops including BigW. A good choice of places to buy food & coffee for a nice break from shopping.

Usually very friendly service. Today not everything available but that's supply chain issues and Sunday shopping issues. Really hard to get a cashier here. Too many self service checkouts which is slowing customer service down.  Takes forever to unload your own trolley on the conveyer belt. Scan one thing at a time and place in bag. Fill bag, place in trolley. Definitely not something anyone wants to do with a full trolley or after work.

Shelves are sparsely stocked. Impossible to find the bread I wanted compared to my local Coles. Nightmarish layout. Would hate this to be my local its pretty average. No yoghurts in stock. Very little toilet paper. I know its Covid times but this place isnt great.

Small store should stock more than one of each item. Fresh deli meats but cakes seem a few days old , to the touch, Even with long use by date.,would buy them.
