Lovely friendly helpful staff, lots of drs. You can usually get an appointment when needed. 2 Disabled parks reasonably size carpark. Clean toilets, kids area. Only downfall they don't bulk bill most patients even when you go very regularly and have done for many years.
I’ve been a Patient of Dr Hash at the Lower Blue Mountains Practice for many years now.nnI would like to say Dr Hash and the reception staff have been nothing short of friendly professional and totally helpful towards me.nnDr Hash has always been thorough kind and has always had my health his main concern. He has explained all medical matters to me clearly and made certain I fully understood. And most important to me been understanding of my concern's.nnI would highly recommend Dr Hash, the reception staff and centre as a medical centre that cares and has your health concerns at the forefront.nnKevinn Paull

We have been coming to this practice for 6 years and have met only incredibly thorough doctors and nurses. The front of house staff are lovely and accommodating, often working hard to get us last minute appointments if urgently needed. The doctors are wonderful. Especially Dr Magda who has been so wonderful, kind, supportive, non judgemental and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure that each concern is treated seriously and thoroughly investigated. Also Dr Walker and Dr Chow have been beautiful with my son, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. The practice nurses are fabulous and make every vaccination easy and stress free. Sometimes can be hard to get an on the spot appointment for quick things but if urgently needed I’ve found everyone works hard to help you get in as quickly as possible, and for non urgent things they are well worth the wait.
Edit: The practice manager followed up with me via phone call and we had a good discussion about the issue.nnEdit: I understand the purpose of the fee. I just don’t understand why the priority was to ring 6 hours later asking for $100 rather than calling at the time of the appointment to ask why I wasn’t there, if I was okay, or offer Telehealth instead.nnA $95 missed appointment fee charged to a disabled pensioner without any opportunity for explanation or lenience, or even querying or caring why I missed it. The active choice by the practitioner to charge the fee feels extremely punitive and lacking in compassion. Having never missed an appointment before, and as someone with a myriad of chronic illnesses who expected a modicum of understanding, this has shattered my impression of the practice. I am devastated and furious and won't be back.
