Wonderful Doctor who is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The clinic is pleasant, modern and spacious, with pathology next door, parking outside, and next to the shopping centre.
I'm disappointed that this practise bills on weekend. As a ex-nurse I know the build up in emergancy departments. With positive RAT today I had no choose not to call. You guys can't have your cake & eat it. Look at issues with build up in emergency before billing.
Friendly staff, great doctors. Nice big waiting room and on site pathology. Parking is rubbish, just park behind the shopping centre next door.

I’m absolutely annoyed and upset with this practise, I went In not knowing they didn’t do walk ins which I think is ridiculous because how are people supposed to know when there sick? Then I was straight up refused because I have a sore throat no other “covid” symptoms I think this is absolutely ridiculous because not everything is covid related.
This practice used to be good. There are some great doctors there but the service has gone down-hill following their merge and worse in the last year. 20 minute wait time just to call for an appointment and staff at the counter can be so rude. Maybe they are understaffed? I have a chronic condition that I kept going to these doctors about for the better part of 4 years saying something was wrong with no result from testing.I was diagnosed by another clinic following an ultrasound within 2 appointments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as maybe it was just a hard condition to diagnose. As a result I am now on permanent medication. Recent incident: I made an appointment for Wednesday and took a day off work in order to pickup another script. The appointment was cancelled last minute and I was asked to rebook for Friday. I took another day off work and came in at 12.20 for a 12.35 appointment. I swear the admin told me 12.35 however it was apparently 12.10. I did get a text and didn’t read it properly so admitted fault as I should have checked it. I was told the doctor was too busy and no other appointments available. I still felt being 10 minutes late was still within a 15 minute appointment so was disappointed, not to mention every other time they have a 45 minute delay minimum. I asked for a printout of my last blood test and/or medical history to take to another doctor today as I need to fill my script prior to a flight the next day interstate. They refused. The whole episode left me crying in the carpark. I ended up sorting it out elsewhere at a walk in clinic with much better service and only a 5 minute wait. I have attended this clinic for 12 years and my husband for around 30 years so cannot believe the lack of care of compassion and how this has changed. They are just a money grab now with rude counter staff.
We have lived in the Lower Mountains for 24 years and when these guys opened it was a godsend. Have never known anything but patience from the desk staff who have to deal with so much at once, and such a wide array of lovely doctors. We have our own wonderful GP there who doesn't watch the clock or penny-pinch, but is patient and caring. It is great to know that if we ever need to see anyone else, our details are there. While it is hard to get in sometimes, the doctors and receptionists can't be expected to account for the lack of services in our area generally. The money doctors receive from Medicare -after so many years of studying in poverty and paying ridiculous uni fees to be able to serve us - is appalling. I wish they could all bulk-bill all the time I pay my taxes! but I can understand why it is not always so. Just grateful they are here.
Great practice, with a treatment room and onsite pathology collection. Dr Woolley is always kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here.
I was pleased with the lady doctor I saw, the low score is for the reception/admin staff and their unprofessional conduct. Most didn’t look at me while I was waiting to be served, also, not one of them mentioned that there was a fee, I spoke to two different people when completing my new patient form. I left the practice thinking it was bulk billed and then someone called me telling me there was a $75 fee that I need to pay. This would have been fine if I had known in advance. I think this is an important detail they need to mention to a new patient when booking in to see a doctor.
This is such a great place, the Reception staff make one feel at ease - thank you! - and Doctor Magda shows such positivity and dedication. Thank you all.
