Do not go here.nMy Partner has been dealing with a couple issues for a couple months now. She received a letter from the GP 2 weeks after she had a blood test done to book back in to get her test results. When she arrived, the GP had no idea why she had booked back in and then was told the results were normal and there was no problem... She was then charged for what could have been a simple phone call.nnNow she had some scans done and booked in for a phone appointment, the GP said she didn't understand what was going on and wasn't sure what to do about what was said in the report. She was in tears after this 5 minute phone call, feeling lost and confused, and to top it off she was charged $100... doubt she is going to get a follow up phone call to explain what to do. Care 0/5 Profit 5/5... going elsewhere.
Staff weren’t bad and Dr was pretty good but this does not reflect the $440 fee charged for a 30 minute consultation after having a stroke. Seems this practice cares more about money then people’s welfare which is disgusting. I’m not working due to the stroke with no income but didn’t seem to bother these guys. I paid the fee as I was in no place to argue the point then they were quick to point out I needed another follow up appointment for other issues through text which I didn’t need. I was quick to cancel the appointment then I was told I had to have another again which I refused. Seems since I paid the $440 it gave them confidence I would continue to be ripped off but I have since found a much better practice caring for peoples situations with realistic prices. If you have a never ending bank account it’s a great place to go but if your not willing to be ripped off go elsewhere!!!
I don’t appreciate being gaslit by your administration staff. I booked an appointment a month ago which was cancelled today due to the Doctor only seeing their own existing patients. When I advised this information is not available on the website, I was told it is and condescendingly told to click the drop down. See image attached where there are no notes against Dr Somanathan to convey this. I get that healthcare is a business, but this practice - its wait times and care for patients - is a joke.
Lovely friendly helpful staff, lots of drs. You can usually get an appointment when needed. 2 Disabled parks reasonably size carpark. Clean toilets, kids area. Only downfall they don't bulk bill most patients even when you go very regularly and have done for many years.
We have been coming to this practice for 6 years and have met only incredibly thorough doctors and nurses. The front of house staff are lovely and accommodating, often working hard to get us last minute appointments if urgently needed. The doctors are wonderful. Especially Dr Magda who has been so wonderful, kind, supportive, non judgemental and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure that each concern is treated seriously and thoroughly investigated. Also Dr Walker and Dr Chow have been beautiful with my son, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. The practice nurses are fabulous and make every vaccination easy and stress free. Sometimes can be hard to get an on the spot appointment for quick things but if urgently needed I’ve found everyone works hard to help you get in as quickly as possible, and for non urgent things they are well worth the wait.
