FHC is a family GP practice in Faulconbridge NSW

FHC Bulk Bills for Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and children under 16. For a standard consult the cost is $80.00 and we can do your Medicare Rebate instantly at the practice.
After-hours care for FHC is provided by the Home Doctor service, you can contact them on 13-SICK (13 7425) after 5pm weekdays, after 1pm saturdays, and all day sunday.
