I have never had to deal with such a rude salesperson in my whole life. What has happen to good customer service. Never buying there again.

My favourite Lovisa! I purchased so many items and the staff member was so lovely. She always asked if I needed any help and was so bubbly. Thank you so much for all the help!

Jewellery like the staff, nasty.  Get piercings done elsewhere or you’ll have to go through the process twice.

I had my nose and ears pierced by Alison and she was so professional. The whole process was quick, efficient and pain free. Highly recommend anyone to see Alison. She’s amazing!

Cheap trash jewellery. Bought earrings they wouldn't close because they ends didn't match up. Don't waste your money on this junk

Good range of products and well priced, but the music was overly loud and was a pretty ordinary genre - it almost made my sister and I leave the store without purchasing anything. Yes it was that loud and bad, both our ears hurt afterwards. Couldn't imagine working there like that all day!

I'm a dude... I was dragged in there. Not the store's fault other than existing in the first place...

When they demand to check your bag without saying please or thank you is very rude. I understand the right to check bags but not so rudely
