I'm familiar with this branch because my mother shopped here frequently. Well, my fiance purchased an engagement/wedding ring set which he got in the size 'O' standard since he wasn't sure of my size; we later went by another branch and decided to get my size so we could send it off and I'll be able to wear it - finally! Anyway, the other branch we had visited told us about the Jewellery Care Plan; sort of like an insurance program for the stone and sizing - Knox never once mentioned - and we were excited. My fiance took the set back to Knox for re-sizing and asked about the JCP and they said he can still get it after getting the rings back; when he later picked it up after 4-6 weeks my fiance and the store both forgot to purchase the plan and it was too late. We worked things out with the manager at the other store despite the fact that it was supposed to be purchased with the ring and not afterwards. It's okay to be forgetful but honesty and transparency is must in business and we didn't receive the service we expected as my fiance worked his arse off to propose to me, we are disappointed.

Bought plenty of Birthday Presents from the ladies at Prouds Knox over the years. Katherine, Lee and Renae always help me find the right gift and make the experience fun! Great prices too :

Went there twice in the last two days and first time in the morning didn’t get served even waited for 20 minutes. Second time the lady was rude and asked me to go outside to show what I wanted in the window except made me wait outside while my sister and her partner watched her do nothing. My sister even said I think she’s waiting out side & the lady reaponded ‘I know’ with a smile. I understand Christmas can be a busy time of year but that made my happy shopping experience horrible. I did nothing to deserve the rudeness, I even smiled as I purchased my product trying to be polite. Sales person served me around lunch on 20/12/18.

Is there any way of collecting the ruby ring that we've paid for on lockdown day three wks ago ! It seems unbelievable that there is no way of contacting prouds or click and collecting the ring. Any thoughts?

I was shopping for my daughter's 10th birthday present and the staff were very helpful, helping me with different sizes and styles till I found the one!! And I saved $350 to boot

I love shopping at proud jewellers, the girls are so warm and friendly and they all go above and beyond to help you. They have lovely products there too.

Great store and friendly staff which are always willing to help. It's going to be sad to see the store close down because it's always been my go to store.

Always manage to find something for my partner, great price for people you live on budget.
