"Louvre House was established in 2002 with the primary goal of bringing premium opening and closing louvre roof systems to a then new and emerging market. Since this time, we have constructed thousands of louvre roof systems in Australia which are withstanding the harsh climate and bringing people outdoors to relax and entertain.We operate in Melbourne and Adelaide and our new head office is located in Hendon, South Australia. The move to our new expansive 9,000m2 premises has enabled us to install a huge new state-of-the-art powder-coating oven, complete with spray booth and pre-treatment tanks so we can maintain our strict quality standards in-house.Visit our magnificent showrooms during normal business hours."

Louvre House installed a louvred roof for us recently and we are extremely satisfied with it. Their product is fantastic and their staff are terrific. We were impressed with their great communication and service during the process and Warren, our sales rep could not have been more helpful. We told Warren that it would take us eighteen months to save the money for the installation and he told us that they would keep the quoted price on hold for that period. Many companies won't do this. Thanks Team and well done. Dave and Mandie.
Very happy with our new louvre, it's beautiful! The entire process from quoting, design and install were so easy thanks to Lindsay, Michael, Aman and Tommy. We had to design to fit our space and these guys were very accommodative and helpful. On time communication and dream installation.
Completely incompetent.. incorrectly measured our windows in the first instance. So the long wait for stock was pointless. So after the long wait for the correct stock, it became a long wait for sub contractors to install the louvres, forced the development to keep scaffolding in place 8 weeks longer than should of been required. Continually gave assurances they would be there "next week". Avoid, despite the attractive quotes, you'll pay more in the long run.
l have a Louvrehouse installed product which is currently stuck in the open position. l have made repeated attempts over the last 3 days to get in contact with them via phone and email with no reply. Would expect a little bit better service for a product that costs $20K
Buyer beware. These guys pressure you into signing a contract, then if you cancel you loose your 10% deposit to their quoting fees and commission! $800 lost for giving us a quote! Criminal!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!
Fraudulent company, take deposit without any intentions of completing the work, would steer clear of this company. Dont reply to emails after deposit taken.
What a great company and product a big thanks to all the staff for finishing our Louver roof in these difficult times and a big thanks to Justin, Tom, Michael. I would highly recommend
