Lost Heaven, a subsidiary of AXF Entertainment, is a high-quality restaurant on the busy Bourke Street that satisfies customers taste with various delicate dishes. Beef dishes were the best amongst all, fried fish was so so. Fruits served at the end of the meal. Overall the value I would give it a 3.5
Good service, Seating was a bit aged, good range food on the menu. We ordered: Entree: we had Steamed pork bun, Prawn dumplings and chicken sweetcorn soup. For Main: Chilli Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Eggplant with chilli and garlic sauce, Beef spare ribs and steamed rice. Other than the Beef spare ribs which was ok, the other 3 mains where fantastic and alot of it. 3 mains would easily feed 4 adults for under $20 each meal.
Good food and nice ambience. Bit expensive among the china town restaurants. The service is prompt and staff is courteous. Zhuge grilled fish is a must try. Other favorite s include Hot & Spicy sliced fish , Mapu tofu.
My rating: one star. The staff were rude and they kept on coming back to get our order and clear the table. We felt pressured to finish our dinner even though we still have 1 hour before the resto's closing time. The food isn't that great either and the service is slow. We just wanted to try out a new place so we went there but to our dismay, we can't even enjoy our dinner. I don't recommend this resto and we wouldn't be coming back there too.
Lousy service, meals were forgotten, had to ask several times for everything to be brought out. We rang as were delayed by 15min and upon arrival was told our table was given away because we were late despite notifying them, toilet facilities were closed at 9.30pm despite the venue staying open till 10pm; reasoning was the toilets had just been cleaned and was told to find another one in the centre downstairs. Will never return, would never reccomend.

Food was nice enough but the service was terrible... I grew up in Chinese restaurants and let me say that my Dad would be appalled! I would not recommend going here.
