Very impressed at this restaurant. The food was all very tasty, with a good balance of flavours and interesting use of flavours and ingredients. You could tell the chef knew what they were doing and was not afraid to add their own spin on classic dishes. Service and atmosphere was faultless as well. Photo is of the fish of the day : snapper.
We came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Our food was tasty and well presented. The service was pleasant and waiters were attentive.
I love this place. Great food. Comfortable environment. Not too busy nor too empty. Friendly staff. A really good place to have a delicious meal and intimate conversation. 10/10.

Superb dining experience every time we have the special treat of visiting Lord Cardigan. We love coming here for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Dominique is front of house and is the most gracious host and truly skilled re her advice on wines, champagne and every course. Dom’s husband John is truly a phenomenal chef. The food is beautifully presented and the different tastes and pairing of food for each course will blow you away and you will leave looking forward to returning again. We love Lord Cardigan so much we had by 40th here and will now have my 50th. A very special place and I can’t recommend this dynamic husband/wife team enough. If you are lucky to live in Melbourne you can visit often but if you are flying in then make sure you book ahead
Lovely looking restaurant nice staff. Entre tasty but My duck was very salty, Prosecco not so bubbly but wine was good. Maybe a once off; as my friend’s fish was great.
A hidden gem in Albert Park. Great service and delicious food. The staff created a warm and welcoming environment for friends and I to have a celebratory brunch.
Food was amazing. Atmosphere was elegant and romantic. Service was excellent. Friendly staff attentive to your needs and very knowledgeable. Souffle was the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely going back there.
It is restaurants like the Lord Cardigan that make Melb the No 1 food destination in Australia. Simply amazing good. Thank god for yhe Irish
